Customers own Measurements

  1. Keith Scott's will be happy to accept customers own measurements on the understanding that any alteration due to incorrect sizes, would be at the customers own expense. However, we can normally judge whether measurements are in proportion to a customers height
  2. Jacket and shoe sizes which are generally 'off the peg' or stock sizes, these can be exchanged if the wrong size was ordered. However, customer custom made or 'special' non-stock items would not be exchangeable.
  3. All single kilt orders would require a £100 deposit or a £300 deposit on complete outfits. Balances to be paid on completion.

Hiring Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers own measurements will be accepted on the understanding that Keith Scott's will endeavour to supply the nearest available size from stock. However, as this is not a made to measure service, Keith Scott's can not guarantee a perfect fit.
  2. Any change over in non-stock garments ordered in due to wrong fitting or size will be subject to a chance over charge.
  3. Tartans ordered for hire which are non-stock items can only be replaced with stock tartans held (if size is available) should any problems arise.
  4. A local sponsor or relative who in turn will provide two separate forms of ID and a contact number must place all customer's own measurement orders in person. Please note that the sponsor will be responsible for any outfits hired by them.
  5. A deposit of £20 must be paid when any order is placed.
  6. Keith Scott's has the option to decline any customers own measurement orders which in their opinion; feel would not be possible to supply an outfit that would be satisfactory.
  7. Keith Scott's will not accept any mail order of phone bookings.
